Kevin Rust | President
Kevin is an Arizona native with over 25 years of hands-on, in-the-trenches experience in every aspect of land. This includes sourcing deals and due diligence, acquisition, entitlements, development, and the successful completion of projects of all scopes and sizes in the Phoenix area.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has personally led teams that have acquired, sold, entitled, managed, and developed over 30,000 lots. In the last eight years alone, he’s overseen transactions of over $250 Million, in 20+ deals, creating approximately 40 Phoenix-Area communities. These projects have spanned the full spectrum lot types, including condominiums, single family residential, medium and high density, alley load, and duplex.
In a nutshell, for any type of project that has happened in Phoenix-Area land in the last 25 years, Kevin has—seen it, managed it, built it, finished it.
